Karachi: Gold Price Per Tola Sees a Rise of 400 Rupees
A surge in gold prices is witnessed across Pakistan, as reported by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association. According to the index, there has been an increase of 400 rupees in the gold price per tola nationwide, bringing the current gold price to 217,200 rupees.
The All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association states that the price of 10 grams of gold has also reached 186,214 rupees after a rise of 343 rupees.
This increase is attributed to the movement in the international exchange market, where the price of gold has reached 2023 dollars per ounce, showing an increase of 3 dollars.
These developments have intensified the tour of price hikes in gold across the country, impacting both financial and transactional circles. The mounting pressure of inflation is evident in the continuous rise in gold prices.
