So kar Uthne ki Dua – Dua After Waking Up

This Dua expresses gratitude to Allah for giving us another day of life and acknowledges that He is the ultimate source of life and death. It is a recommended practice for Muslims to recite this Dua upon waking up in the morning.

The Dua (supplication) to be recited upon waking up from sleep is 

“Alhamdulillahilladhi Ahyana Ba’da Ma Amatana Wa Ilaihin-Nushur” 

اَلْحَمْدُلِلّٰہِ الَّذِیْ اَحْیَانَا بَعْدَ مَااَمَاتَنَا وَاِلَیْہِ النُّشُوْرُ 

English Translation

“All praise is for Allah who gave us life after having taken it from us and unto Him is the resurrection.”
